This is a very funky boutique hotel targetting upper end budget travellers, very reasonably priced.
This brand new hotel is located near the corner of George and Goulburn Streets, adjacent to China Town. Only 5 minutes to Town Hall station and Queen Victoria Building. 10 minutes to Darling Harbour. There are two entrances, one on George Street, the other on Sussex Street. There is a bus stop 30 meters from the George street entrance. The buses take you to Circular Quay (5~10 minutes depending on traffic).

Lobby is small and is on level 1. Ground floor is a small shopping arcade.
Heritage listed low-rise building.
The hotel offers rooms with air conditioning and flat screen satellite TV. All rooms have a fridge, hospitality tray and en suite bathrooms. Some have a shower with rain shower.
There is a dining space and a "chill-out" room on level 1.
