Low-rise apartments set amongst tropical gardens and palm trees, offering seclusion and close proximity to the beach.
Rooms
The apartments are large and fully self-contained with all the facilities for a comfortable stay in the tropics, including a kitchen with dishwasher, stove, full size fridge and microwave. All apartments are generally in a very good condition. The kitchen, living and bedroom areas are all separate and your apartment has its own washing machine and dryer.
Restaurant
There is no restaurant at the hotel, however there are number of restaurants within walking distance.
Location
The Outrigger Heritage Resort is located in the heart of the trendy town of Port Douglas, around one hour’s drive north of Cairns. The wharf and Four Mile Beach are just a short stroll away. If you are self driving to Port Douglas, directions are as follows: Head north along the Captain Cook Highway. Turn off at Port Douglas and head down Port Douglas Rd (turns in to Davidson St). Turn left down Wharf Rd. Turn right at the Mudlo St / Owen St intersection and then take your first left down Warner St. The hotel is located at 16 Warner St, Port Douglas.
