The pastry is being wrapped up in mangold- (colloquial: Capuns leaves) or lettuce leaves. The Capuns is then being cooked and scalloped with cheese from the alps and served with a sauce made of half milk half bouillon. Pizzocheri is a meatless dish made of potatoes, Pizzoccheri (buckwheat pasta), carrots, leave spinach, onions, garlic, peas, herbs and cheese. The potatoes, together with the Pizzoccheri, are then being cooked in salted water and thereupon mixed with the vegetables. Finally, sage and cheese are being added. Summer: Impressive mountain peaks, trout fishing in the mountain lakes and rivers, tennis, sailing, hiking and mountain climbing. The hotel organises each summer guided hiking tours of approximately 2 hours. Two one-day horse trips are organised each week in Summer in the idyllic Bergell passing the "Septimer", famous roman col. Winter: Alpine skiing (30 km slopes), cross-country skiing, ice skating, winter hiking trails. If you wish to have an experience of a life time, slope down in a bobsleigh on the St-Moritz' Olympic track like Michael Schumacher does! The team for this thrilling descent is composed with a professional pilot at the front, of a person in charge of breaking at the rear and of two seats in the middle of the bobsleigh for the customers. This descent lasts approximately 80 seconds...
