The House was built around 1860 and is an end of terrace 10 bedroomed Victorian house. It was built and occupied by the architect who designed and built many houses in the Penzance area. It is larger than other guest houses and bed and breakfasts in the terrace and has a lovely warm feel and has been lovingly restored to high standard.
