Independente Comporta consists of 12 ha of land where 34 courtyard villas are being built with a 40-key hotel at its heart. The villas will range from studios to 5-bedroom houses and the hotel rooms will essentially consist of double-rooms with private patios where 12 are adjoining and can be connected to create family rooms or master suites.
