A wide veranda overlooking the sea and the city of Syracuse offers the best shared area. Here there are comfortable seating facilities and a small bar where breakfasts, coffee or tea are served for a surcharge. A path leads to the swimming pool (open from 14/05 to 17/09) for shared use. From here you have a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside, the sea and the city of Syracuse. Near the pool there are comfortable seating facilities under a gazebo, where all worries vanish in an instant after a dip in the fresh water.Conclusion:The outside area of the property is lovingly cared and colorfully decorated. For the duration of the stay, a rental car is recommended.Chalet (2 pers.)The approximately 50 square meters apartment on more floors and furnished in Sicilian style, offers accommodation for two people. From the main door you reach a charming, open-plan living room with TV and air conditioning. In one room, at two different levels, there's the living and the sleeping area with double bed, which is reachable via a small staircase. Other steps lead to the bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. On another, higher living level there is a cozy winter garden with dining table and kitchenette with gas stove. The kitchenette is equipped with 2-burner gas cooker and fridge / freezer. Espresso machine (classic espresso maker) available. The winter garden with its large glass windows is ideal for sitting or having breakfast outside.If you leave the kitchen not cleaned (dishes washed and tided up, garbage thrown away, sink and kitchen furniture cleaned up), 50 are required for this extra cleaning.
