The farm is located near Cortona, one of the most beautiful art cities of Tuscany in Val di Chiana. This hidden treasure in the heart of Tuscany and the discreet charm of old farmhouses, where a traditional atmosphere surrounds the guest, make it an oasis of peace that touches all the senses. Surrounded by fields, the house is located in the center of the village of Fratticciola in a panoramic position. This charming farmhouse was divided after a careful renovation into 7 comfortable apartments; two other apartments are available in the outbuilding. All are furnished in Tuscan style. Around the house there is a garden for shared use with swimming pool (7x14 m), sun loungers and shaded areas under the wooden gazebo or beach umbrellas. On the ground floor of the house there is a large common room for parties and social evenings available to all guests. Table tennis, volleyball, football and mountain bikes are at guests' disposal. Wine and oil from our own production can be tasted and purchased. La Spiga (4 pers.) Apartment of 65 m2 on the ground floor, which offers a panoramic view over the garden with pool and the town of Cortona. It has a living room with sofa bed and kitchenette (among other things with oven and fridge) and a large bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
