Outdoors and Swimming Pool The outdoor area measures around 1000 sq. m. and is well-kept with many plants and flowers, with a splendid panoramic terrace behind the house perfect for losing yourself in the surrounding countryside, furnished with outdoor living room for relaxing moments, as well as a table and beach umbrella for outdoor meals. Right next to this, guests will find a panoramic garden with olives and tall trees, furnished with sunbeds and complete with hot water outdoor shower and shaded pergola. The rectangular pool, which is above-ground in a cleverly concealed manner, measures 7.3 by 3.5 metres with a depth of 1.3 metres and completely enclosed by a wooden fence. Guests can also use a portable barbecue and a stonework one with a practical wood-burning oven for cooking pizza. The property has an outdoor washing room and parking.Interior The farmhouse was restructured in 2014, whilst maintaining typical Tuscan features such as wooden beams on the ceilings and and characteristic red bricks. Location Borgo di Gebbia is in a small hamlet on a hill, at an altitude of 500m, between the Sienese and Arezzian countryside. The view overlooks large woods and fields.
