What makes a successful holiday? Delighting the palate is often the most important thing, even for those trying to keep in shape. This is why we put so much thought into our food, offering our guests the choice between daily menus; à la carte, Wellbeing, Gourmet and Km0 (dishes prepared using only seasonal and local produce). Breakfast and lunch are served in the poolside restaurant, which is transformed from a luminous “winter garden” during the colder months into an “al fresco” dining experience from Spring to early Autumn. It is therefore possible for guests to have breakfast or lunch right at the poolside. Another fantastic feature is the “live kitchen”, the open-plan kitchen in the restaurant which is constantly animated by the flamboyant performances of the hotel’s chefs. Different every day, for lunch a sumptuous buffet is prepared with appetising antipasti, fresh starters, meat and fish from the grill or oven, fresh fruit and enticing desserts. In the evening dinner is served in the elegant panoramic restaurant on the hotel’s top floor, unique amongst the region’s hotels. Soft music, impeccable service and a magnificent view of the hills surrounding Montegrotto create a 5 star experience. For our dishes, the emphasis is on light and flavoursome foods, organic meat sourced locally from the Euganean hills and fresh fish bought from the market at Chioggia.
