There is air-conditioning and heating throughout the apartment and fast WiFi internet access (98 Mbps checked).The Loft Classical Apartment is also ideal for a business trip stay.This Barcelona Loft Classical Apartment is located in the centre of the city, 5 mins from the main through shopping street, Paseo de Gracia, where you will find 2 of Gaudis architectural "must" visits (Casa Mila - The Pedrera and Casa Battlo), and a 10 min walk in the other direction will take you to La Sagrada Familia, Gaudis supreme work of brilliance... again NOT to be missed ....and rumour has it, soon to be finished!! From the apartment, whichever direction you head in, you will find an easy to use metro station for quick & easy access around the rest of Barcelona. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out.
