Amazing hotel in the heart of havana

One of the best hotels i have ever stayed in my life. it might seem that the price is high but is totally worth it; and let me tell you it is not that much more expensive than other hotels like the meliá cohiba or hotel nacional. if you are trying to pick between those three hotels, do not hesitate and book at hotel saratoga, it is a gem!

let me start by saying that it is a boutique hotel with a rooftop pool that overlooks the capitol and all havana. it has the best view in the whole city. on top of that, it is exquisitely renovated. every space in the hotel is gorgeous, from the lobby, to their restaurants, to the rooftop, and wait until you see your room, great space, comfortable beds, gorgeous bathrooms, both the bathtub and the shower were marvelous.

the service was great as well, our room was cleaned three times a day, and everything refilled and put back in their place every time. one day we were charged incorrectly for breakfast and they were so courteous about it and wave the whole amount. even when we left the hotel, the cleaning staff left a little note wishing us a safe trip.

finally, every time that we will be back from walking around in havana under the high heat, it was like stepping in heaven, since there is always a piano player at the mezzanine playing beautiful tones.

it was a perfect stay and a perfect experience. we loved it!
