The sandy beach is 100 to 350 metres away. This stretch of coast has a gently sloping seabed. Porto Rotondo, famous for its beaches, including Spiaggia Sassi and Punta Volpe, is about 5 km away. Golfo Aranci, whose marine protected area is inhabited by dolphins, is about 7,8 km away. Olbia airport and the port can be reached in about 25 minutes by car. This apartment complex, in the heart of Punta Marana, consists of three areas grouped around the square and connected to each other by walkways winding in the typical Mediterranean vegetation.
