##Description **Agriturismo Le Favate** offers cosy accommodation units in the contrada from which it takes its name, in the quiet countryside of Cilento, about 15 km from Ascea town centre, strategically located to discover the wonders of the surrounding area. Ascea Marina, with sandy beaches, is about 17 km away. Ascea Marina and Pisciotta Palinuro train stations are located 15 and 30 km away, respectively. This farmhouse, surrounded by 100 hectares of green vegetation, consists of a main building, called “Casa Favate” with the main facilities and rooms and two secondary units, “Il Casone” and “Casa Matteo”, with apartments (see Agriturismo Residence Le Favate). There are also an old mill and an oil mill dating back to the seventeenth century. The buildings were renovated in1990. “Casa Favate” houses the restaurant, the terrace where in the spring and summer months breakfast and dinner are served, the hunting hall with a fireplace, the ancient chapel, the games room, the cellar also used as a tasting room and laundry facilities (not included in the price). The property includes a fitness area with a sauna and a pool with a solarium, available for both room and apartment guests. “Il Casone” features large terraces and houses the inn on the lower floor where cooking classes are also held. “Casa Matteo”, about 200 metres from the main building, is characterised by a ceiling with wooden beams and offers wonderful views of the whole estate and the sea.
