With an independent entrance going up some red brick steps, you reach the upper floors: on the first floor there is the kitchen with the typical Tuscan fireplace equipped with dishwasher, stove with electric oven, fridge. A large suite featuring a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa and a private bathroom with a shower. On the same floor a second bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower. An iron staircase and wooden steps lead to the second floor in a reading-living room with a service bathroom. Finally a large suite that has a bedroom with double bed, living room with double sofa bed, private bathroom with shower and long panoramic terrace. Near the swimming pool and the garden there are two annexes in which a large dining room and the second kitchen of the Villa have been built, equipped with all comforts (dishwasher, stove with gas oven, electric oven, microwave oven , refrigerator, slicer, toaster, American coffee machine, kettle and equipped with two ceiling fans). Between the two annexes a wooden porch has been built, equipped with a table and chairs where it is possible to eat outside enjoying wonderful sunsets.
