Lobby
Outstanding features of the interior are two beautiful cloisters: one with Renaissance arches and columns, the other bringing light into the building. The hotel has spacious, quiet and pleasant lounges and a bar-café next to the light-filled cloister.
Exterior
In the outskirts of Trujillo, the entrance is governed by a large arched gate which used to be the carts gate in past times, this gives way to the patio where the church can be found to the right and the reception to the left.
Rooms
Ideal for relaxation, leisure and work, the hotel has monastic style rooms and noble bedrooms with wooden furniture.
Restaurant
The Parador offers some truly exquisite dishes: tomato soup with cumin, truffles in scrambled eggs, grilled beef loin with Torta del Casar, and above all the Iberian hams and sausages. Be sure to try the homemade cream cheese ice cream.
