I have stayed in this hotel many times. I find the rooms and facilities very good value and the staff are superb. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever seen! There are good connections by Metro (El Carmen, Line 5) and Bus (146 to Callao) to the City Centre. Journies by either method of transport take 15-20 minutes. I recommend this hotel, particularly for those familiar with Madrid and perhaps seeking a quieter location away from the City Centre.
