I have stayed in this hotel many times. i find the rooms and facilities very good value and the staff are superb. the breakfast buffet is one of the best i have ever seen! there are good connections by metro (el carmen, line 5) and bus (146 to callao) to the city centre. journies by either method of transport take 15-20 minutes. i recommend this hotel, particularly for those familiar with madrid and perhaps seeking a quieter location away from the city centre.
