Good location, average accommodations in need of update

If unable to stay in the park, this is your next best option, though a pricey one. for 250/nite, we had an average, 90s vintage hotel room with two full beds and a kitchenette with a small fridge and microwave, no view. id say pay a few extra bucks for the river view rooms, the merced is beautiful! there were two decent restaurants, a pizza shop and an all purpose type restaurant that were both pretty good. several pools and hot tubs scattered throughout the property were enjoyable, however, the whole property has the feel of neglect. a make over is due, but if this is your only option, go for the river view and enjoy!

Wonderful setting

Yosemite view lodge was a wonderful surprise. our room was right on the merced river, with the sound of the river lulling us to sleep at night. the small kitchenette was well supplied. very pleasant room with great amenities except free wi-fi. nice pool and hot tub, and room tub/shower had jets for whirlpool and 2 shower heads. the prime rib dinner at the restaurant was very good.

Tolle lage, in wenigen minuten am eingang vom yosemite park.

gemütlich und perfekt. wir hatten für 5 personen (familie) ein super apartment mit zwei schlafzimmern und einen sehr guten aufenthaltsraum mit sehr guter küchenecke.

Guter ausgangspunkt für einen yosemite besuch

Die lodge befindet sich unweit des nationalparkeingangs und ist somit perfekt für denbesuch des yosemite.die zimmer sind etwas älter aber in ordnung und haben einen rustikalen flair.

Family trip to yosemite

What a beautiful hotel this is!!! we had a room with a balcony overlooking the river and it was just heavenly. so peaceful and pretty here and the room was spacious and very comfortable. the restaurant at the hotel had delicious food and the waiter and bar tender were efficient, funny and made our stay here so enjoyable !! we so recommend staying here if visiting yosemite. it is right outside the entrance and could not be in a better spot!!! also has great swimming pools and hot tubs!!!

нормальный отель для yosemity

от йосемити парк (tourist center, yosemity village) около 15-20 км. были на машине, поэтому это устраивало. это рядом по меркам сша. брали номер на 4-х - огромная ванна, можно одновременно мыться вдвоем (2 душа в одной ванной, забавно). река с порогами прямо за окном, красиво очень, но шумит сильно. бассейн насколько мы поняли, только для вип номеров (не утверждаю). очень нормальный отель для этих мест (не кемпинг, как в curry village, например). есть кофеварка в номере и холодильник. вроде бы даже плитка, не запомнил.
