Nestled in an area of outstanding natural beauty, the Yosemite View Lodge is a motel complex located in the Merced River canyon at El Portal, CA. With the west gate to the Yosemite National Park at just a 10-minute drive away, this very affordable hotel is one of the closest accommodations to the Yosemite Valley. Within the many facilities, the lodge boasts 24-hour reception, four swimming pools and a hot tub, two restaurants, a bar, a game room for the younger and a large store. Featuring a convenient kitchenette, the guest rooms all are equipped with cable TV set, tea and coffee-making facilities, bathroom with shower, hairdryer and toiletries. Set next to the hotel lobby, the bar serves a cosy lounge; on the same floor there is a heated indoor pool and a basic Spa room with hot tub.
