The lobby called The Living Room has a high 2 story ceilings with a Mediterranean feeling, with wall murals and bright bold colors. The Living Room gives a cozy atmosphere with a gas fireplace and several areas for guests to enjoy a private conversation and a glass of wine.

The building that houses the Hotel Monaco Seattle began as the original Pacific Bell Switching Station and was remodeled in the current hotel in 1997.

Rooms

Standard 1 or 2 queen beds- 350 sq. ft. This room is located throughout the hotel, and features goose down comforters and pillows, as well as a chenille throw which adorns the plush pillow top mattress in this room. The room features all standard hotel amenities. Bedding consists of one or two queen beds.
