The entrance now exudes a modern, neo-art flavor to compliment the building's original design and architecture.

Each guest room appointed with new furnishings, bedding and linens, upgraded lighting, 32” flat panel LCD TV’s, DVD players, clock radios with iPod docking stations, in-room safes and complimentary WiFi access. Most rooms offer stunning panoramic views of the Seattle skyline – considered some of the best views of the city. City level rooms feature views into the heart of the University district while Sky level rooms enjoy panoramic views of illuminating downtown Seattle, the University campus, or breathtaking mountains and lakes. 100% of the guestrooms are now non-smoking.
Restaurant
The District Lounge in the lower level featuring American Cuisine, martinis and live Jazz Wednesday to Saturday. An intimate neighborhood restaurant, the District Lounge offers a casually elegant dining experience with oversized furnishings, serpentine drop lighting and eclectic art decor. The globally inspired menu features Pacific, Southwest, Mediterranean and distinct local flavors. Tully's Coffee Shop is on-site offering toasty drinks, snacks and street-side views for people watching.
