The hotel has a very small lobby.
This is a modern hotel.
Well-appointed rooms with Island inspired decor. Rooms are furbished with two queen beds a microwave / refrigerator combination and a screened balcony.

Have been going on and off for 20 years. great location on the beach, also has large pool. even though i consider it to be pricey, it’s what the sanibel market can bear. the hotel is clean, but in need of room updating. staff is accommodating. includes simple continental breakfast. if you’re comparison shopping, this site failed to mention the additional $10/day plus tax resort fee.
