BEACHCRAFT BY TOM COLICCHIO We’re practicing Farm-to-Table at our signature restaurant, Beachcraft, a classic seaside grill. The exhibition kitchen provides a view of the day’s catch and farmstand-fresh vegetables, flame-grilling them to enhance their pure flavor on our Grillworks Infierno. Tom Colicchio leads our team, dedicated to bringing out the beauty in natural ingredients. The Sandbox We built the Main Pool at 1 South Beach to be a refuge for guests. And no true refuge is complete without great, fresh food! Enjoy light, fresh fare including wraps, sandwiches and salads, as well as burgers, meats and fish straight off Tom Colicchio's grill. Take your meals in the shaded dining area, at the bar, or while lounging by the pool. Fresh-pressed juices, fruit smoothies, and seasonal cocktails are also available. TOM ON COLLINS Take a break from Miami’s fast-paced nightlife with Tom Colicchio and enjoy a selection of unique microbrews, creative twists on classic cocktails, or a rich collection of native and nonnative wines. Our expert mixologists and kitchen team prepare fresh juices, infused liquors and garnishes in-house. ROOFTOP BAR Picture a space that brings to mind the beaches of Europe. Guests are invited to sit poolside and sip champagne, rosé, or a signature cocktail while they enjoy the ocean breeze.
