Vegas visit

The hotel was very nice. about a 10 minute drive from the strip. i did not like booking through hotelsclick.com . i had a issue with my booking, left several voice mail's with no return phone call. very disappointed

Booking.com did a bait and switch.

i originally signed in and paid to stay at the residence inn, and voucher came back for grandview.

i will be contacting the better business bureau.

the grandview was not only far from the convention center, but did not include breakfast.

i would never pay that much to stay that far from convention center.
