Lobby
The lobby house is medium in size and features a very comfortable country like atmosphere that encompasses hardwood floors, ceiling fans and comfortable seating. The lobby area offers the guests an abundance of guest services and information about all that Orlando has to offer.
Exterior
TThe exteriors of the villas are of a modern country style condominium complex design built around beautifully landscaped park-like grounds that are full of trees, plants, and beautiful flowers. There is plenty of parking at the villas for the guests.
Rooms
The villas are large and designed in a tropical Florida country style. The colors throughout are all of soft tones. The one-bedroom villa sleeps up to four guests where as the two-bedroom villa can accommodate up to eight. Each villa has a living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa, a separate dining area, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender and dinnerware. There is a color TV in each bedroom and living room along with a video casse cassette player. The villas also are equipped with a washer & dryer.
Restaurant
Due to the villas having fully equipped kitchens there are no restaurants on the premises. However the villas offer a picnic area with BBQ grills and there are many restaurants of all categories in the area.
