General information
Cumbrian Lakes is a gated community conveniently located close to Highway 192 in a large conservation area. Beautiful landscaping surrounds the homes and there is a nature trail around one of the lakes along with a communal children's play area.

Whilst the community provides a safe, quiet location in which to relax after a busy day at the theme parks there are numerous shops and restaurants, including a large twenty four hour Wal-Mart within minutes on Highway 192.

Rooms
Generally a queen or double bed in the master bedroom. A double bed in the second bedroom, two singles in the third, two singles in the fourth and either a double or two singles in each additional bedroom. A pull out sofa bed or rollaway beds are provided for maximum occupancy levels.

**Please note that there is a $250.00 security deposit required. Cash, credit cards and travelers checks are accepted. Credit cards will not be charged as there will only be a hold. If deposit is made by cash or travelers check the deposit will be mailed after check out.**

**The rental office hours are only 9a.m.- 5p.m. Monday – Saturday, closed on Sundays. If you arrive after 5p.m. or anytime on Sunday, you will find your accommodation information in the lock box located on the pillar behind the front door. Please note that check in time is 4:00pm.The lock box code is: 1 4 5**
