General information
On highway 27 North you will find the new development of 'The Cedars at Woodridge'. As a new development we have had the chance to make the floor plans desirable and many of the 4 bedroom homes have matching master bedrooms which are great for two families traveling together. 

Location
As with all our featured homes the Cedars is only a short drive from the Walt Disney World Resort®.

****Please note that there is a $250.00 security deposit required. Cash, credit cards and travelers checks are accepted. Credit cards will not be charged as there will only be a hold. If deposit is made by cash or travelers check the deposit will be mailed after check out.**

****There is a $200.00 pool heating charge for electric powered homes and a $400.00 pool heating fee for gas powered homes.**

**The rental office hours are only 9a.m.- 5p.m. Monday – Saturday, closed on Sundays. If you arrive after 5p.m. or anytime on Sunday, you will find your accommodation information in the lock box located on the pillar behind the front door. Please note that check in time is 4:00pm.The lock box code is: 1 4 5**
