A major disappointment

This hotel definitely needs updating! stayed nine night in an ocean side suite with a beautiful view in a terrible room. filthy carpeting, uncomfortable bed and a bathroom in need of serious updating. the suite had a broken full size pull out bed that you could not sit on. the sofa was old with plastic upholstery and very uncomfortable. one time housekeeping left the door unsecured while we were out.

Loved it!

Family oriented hotel. loved the decor, porch with rocking chairs over looking the beach, my kids loved the lazy river. hotel is right on the beach which makes it very convenient when your with the kids. breakfast was great and so was the price. the attention from all personnel was superb! looking into staying again for labor day weekend!
