Comfortable but cold

Our recent stay at the radisson denver southeast was ok. the room was comfortable, however, the staff was not inviting or friendly. we arranged a stay where the breakfast was included, but the breakfast coupons were not given to us at check-in. when questioned about this, the staff stated that breakfast was not included, however, i offered to show her the receipt i had proving it was. she gave me some discounts for breakfast, but no coupons that would cover the whole cost (breakfast costs $15 per person). when i asked the front desk for extra coffee, cream, sugar, towels, etc. the front desk did not have them and had to send someone to our room. i thought this was very inefficient, personnel wise. our stay was comfortable, but cold with regard to the employees attitudes. i would recommend putting another person at the front desk because they were always busy, so there was always a wait to get answers to questions or to respond to our needs. it would have been nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room, but these were not provided.
