The lobby has a contemporary yet retro aspect. You can browse through the hotels media library and 5 and Dime Store located in the lobby.

Exterior

The hotel is a brick building with 30 floors. Floors 1 to 16 are the hotel and floors 16 to 30 are off campus housing for students attending the Auraria Campus.

Rooms

Each of the 16 floors has been designed with a different theme to rekindle your fondest memories of an earlier time while staying in a modern hotel. The contemporary and chic guest rooms are decorated with bold attention to detail to thoroughly delight our guests. The rooms have either king size or double double queen beds and include amenities such as flat screen televisions and iPod speaker systems in the rooms. Restaurant

The Corner Office and Martini Bar is the signature restaurant on the premises and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel is a block and a half away from the popular 16th Street Pedestrian Mall and a short walk from Larimer Square and Lower Downtown,LODO. There are many restaurants to choose from between these three locations in the downtown area.

Location

The hotel is located two blocks off the celebrated 16th Street Mall and is directly across the street from the incredible Denver Performing Arts Complex, a short block to the Colorado Convention Center. All the sports venues, Invesco at Mile HIgh is less than 5 miles away, Coors Field is 8 blocks away and the Pepsi Center is less than 1 mile.
