The Casamar was built in 1902 as a family home of Queen Anne in historic Diamond district, nine miles from Boston, nearby attractions are Peabody's PEM Museum, Lynn Heritage State Park, Swampscott Harbor-side and Gloucester. Due to the time period in which this property was constructed elevators are not available and some rooms do not have in-room bathrooms (although the facilities are shared, bathrooms are designed for single use).
