Overpriced!

We had a one night stay at the ramda encore and although the reception staff were very helpful when we got there - although we couldn't check in early - the overall stay was disappointing. our room was directly overlooking a nightclub which went on until the early hours, after which the street of full of drunken people until at least 4am so it was impossible to sleep. the next morning we were shocked to find that our £101 charge did not even include a hot breakfast, which we were not advised of when we booked and only became aware of this when we were told off quite loudly by the lady looking after breakfast. incredibly overpriced hotel

Very nice small budget hotel more than addiquate for the pupose. bathroom and rooms spotless.
