The location of this hotel is brilliant, right in the centre of oxford overlooking merton college. the car parking facility at £ 15 per night works well in a city where the parking is a nightmare. our double room was on the top floor in the attic and was extremely small overlooking the car park at the back of the hotel. it was clean and functional, the bed was comfortable. the small shower room was well fitted but the shower was a dribble of water. we did report it however the water pressure was too low and without a pump probably will never be able to work well as it was at the top of the building. the continental breakfast was good, coffee fresh and pleasant service. this is a good hotel if you want a central location with a 'cool bar' for a drink in the evening.
