Not nice

Spacious room with 2 double beds and 2 bathrooms. excellent city centre location.
incredibly dirty throughout. floors and carpets were quite revolting with thick dust and dirt - which my 1 yr old kept finding. bathroom floor was not to be stepped on after a shower!
towels didn't smell clean and fresh.
stayed 3 nights. beds were made daily but no cleaning took place.
room service incurred extra £2 fee on top of food/drink.
booked on internet at £181 for 3 nights. if i'd booked on the spot at hotel it would have been £22 cheaper!!!
