The lobby is small in size and simply decorated.
This is a traditional townhouse converted into a hotel.
The rooms vary in size due to the age of the building but on average are medium in size and in good condition, simply decorated with light wooden furniture and pastel colour schemes throughout. The bathrooms are small in size and in good condition.
The Guilford House offers the use of a TV in the rooms.

The accommodation was clean and adequate. there were tea and coffee making facilities in the room which was small but comfortable. this is a no frills hotel and service is very basic. unfortunately, the television reception was very poor and unuseable.
breakfast is taken in a somewhat crowded room, coffee and tea (if required) are made by each guest using hot water. there are cerials and fruit juice, white toast and croissants. the only fruit available was apples.
