This is a very good product located in the heart of Bayswater, ideally located for Oxford street, Hyde Park and all of London's attractions.
The hotel is located in the heart of central London, convenient for both business and leisure travellers.

The lobby is medium in size and is decorated in a modern and warm style with a comfortable seating area and pleasant bar area.

Exterior

The hotel consists of three Grade II listed Victorian Town Houses kept in excellent condition.

Rooms

All rooms are in excellent condition, decorated in fresh blues and yellows, with light wooden furniture. All have full facilities(tea/coffee making facilities, satellite tv, internet access, direct dial telephones, ironing facilities). The bathrooms are in excellent conditions with white tiled floorings and all have a shower.

The hotel does not have a restaurant, breakfast is served in a bright pleasant spacious room.

Pleasant stay but don't think i will be back

It was okay however the room hadn't been properly cleaned for a while as there was a pair of male boxers down the side of one of the beds, also try to stay in a room that does not have the elevator right at the bed head as that is all you can hear all night which doesn't make for a great night's sleep.

Would stay again

The priness square (formally kyriad) was well located and friendly staff. stayed twice with the first room being spacious, quiet and comfortable (downstairs). the second room was much smaller, noisier and lift was broken so had to lug heavy suitcase up 3 flights of stairs. breakfast was great and relaxed atmosphere.
