On arrival we were treated very hospitably & friendly.
we chose the hotel for its price, location & ease for travel into centre of london.
disappointed that it was necessary to pay a fee use of the car park, however
all the other facilities were very good .
the room was very small, & didn't have any wardrobe nor drawers for clothes.
the staff were very friendly, polite & helpfull.
everwhere was spotlessly clean & tidy.
