A comfortable hotel easy to recommend

Very comfortable hotel. lovely room. clean and tidy with an excellent shower in the ensuite. extremely helpful staff at reception, the bar & dining room. would definitely stay there again!

Conference

I stayed here to attend a conference in liverpool 1. the room was very comfortable and the decor was beautiful. the bed was especially comfortable and the staff could not be more helpful.

unfortunately the hotel is extremely busy due to being right next to the airport. the service at breakfast was extremely slow and many mornings i had to go without breakfast because of the lack of items and the slowness. they did not appear to cope very well with extra people turning up, which happened on a regular basis because of the location to the airport.

Quality stay

There was some confusion with the booking which took several calls and e-mails before hotel would recognise hotelsclick booking! but all ok on arrival.
on this occasion breakfast wasn't as good as previous stays but still plenty on offer.
