The exterior of hotel is one of a period building having once been home to the Bank of Liverpool and holds a very prominent position on the corner of Sir Thomas street and Victoria street. This is a lovely hotel with a fantastic bar and restaurant. The hotel bar and restaurant has fast become one of the places to go in Liverpool offering a vibrant yet luxurious environment to simply enjoy a drink or two or sample some of the superb cuisine.
Located in the old Bank of Liverpool building at the corner of Sir Thomas Street and Victoria Street in Liverpool city center, the hotel is just minutes from the business district, the shopping center designers, from Matthew Street (Beatles), theaters and museums. The hotel lobby is modern with high ceilings reminiscent of a by gone age and access to both rooms bar and restaurant is very easy.

Very good location; adequate room -- not very large and slightly shabby; comfortable bed; good breakfast; but the hotel is severely over-priced. at £70-£80 it would have been good value.
