Premier inn life saver

Premier inn staff were superb . thanks to teresa for her help. after booking on line i was sent and given the wrong details and ended up at the premier inn aintree instead of holiday inn express hoylake (where i did not want to be as i was on a night out in liverpool not the wirral) anyway after a lot of calls from teresa we found out the problem and i ended up having to pay for a night at aintree which as i have already mentioned was superb and a good morning kip.
