Lobby
The lobby is medium in size and the reception area is located at the front of the hotel close to the bar and restaurant area.
Exterior
Originally built in 1850 the cottage is a fine example of early Victorian architecture. The main Victorian residence and original coaching house have been sympathetically converted and extended whist enhancing the original character and features. All extensions and improvements have been built using original Victorian stone, the east wing was completed in 1996 using stone rescued from the demolition of an 19th century rag mill.
Rooms
All of the 2 8 bedrooms and suites are superbly appointed and individually decorated. The comfort and style of the bedrooms give a home from home atmosphere, while offering its guests every modern amenity. All bedrooms are in good condition as are th ensuite facilities. All bedrooms have direct dial telephone, Coffee and tea making facilities, Colour TV.
Restaurant
The hotel boasts extensive dining and banqueting facilities for up to 90 guests. The elegant restaurant offers both A'la Carte and Table d'Hôte menus serving traditional English cuisine with a French flair.
