Restaurant
The Grange Manor are passionate about the food that they produce. The chef Bill Spence insists on only the finest of local ingredients, he scours the area sourcing the freshest seafood and finest Scottish Beef. "Wallace's", the Grange Manor's bistro bar, is situated in the former stables adjacent to the main house. Carefully refurbished, it retains the original stone walls with exposed ceiling beams lending additional character and charm.The cuisine in Wallace's is less formal and offers the diner an alternative quality experience, the range of dishes is wide but the quality remains the same.
