The Restaurant offers a quiet and refined atmosphere, with a menu that offers a balanced selection of traditional dishes with a contemporary twist. The original dining room of The Priest House Hotel creates a special atmosphere in which to enjoy a fine dining experience to mark a special occasion or just for the pleasure of it. Here you will find great food and a fantastic wine list. The Brasserie is decorated in a modern and contemporary theme, and makes use of the excellent original features of the Priest House Hotel in Derbyshire, In the Brasserie enjoy a range of traditional dishes as well as some modern favourites offering an excellent alternative to fine dining with a relaxed and informal style of service. The lounge bar offers a stylish and comfortable area to relax and entertain. Here morning coffee is served (excellent elevenses), afternoon tea (including Champagne), evening cocktails and late night digestifs, as well as a selection of light snacks. The Terrace at the Priest House offers the perfect outdoor dining experience. When you drive through the dense woodland that fringes the winding country lane that leads to The Priest House Hotel in Castle Donington, you discover a hotel in Derbyshire, which is perched in a picturesque setting on the banks of the River Trent. The original watermills on the site of The Priest House were mentioned in the Domesday Book in 1086. Today, this is a country house with a difference.
