Restaurant
At L'Horizon, whether you dine in one of the two superb, award-winning restaurants, in one of the private dining rooms, or in your own room, you'll enjoy food that is as light and full of sunlight as your surroundings. Fresh local fish and seafood feature prominently in menus that are imaginative as well as mouthwatering, but you'll also find such succulent delicacies as Gressingham Duck and Aberdeen Angus beef. The hotel serves such traditional dishes as deep-fried fish and chips, and much of the exquisite food is prepared by our chef and his team, with delicate spices that add a subtle twist to the dishes.
