No free parking.

Nice hotel with excellent location but beware of expensive car parking. the parking costs take the good out of the hotel and i certainly won't stay there again. i would have cancelled my stay there only for a non cancellation policy on my booking.

Not much sleep!

On arrival, we found we had been allocated a room with disabled facilities which did not have a bath. the room also had a connecting door to an adjoining room and the lack of sound proofing meant we could hear clearly the conversations of our neighbours. we asked reception for a room change, but were told that although standard rooms had a bath, the hotel was completely full and nothing could be done. regarding the noise from the neighbouring room, we were told to contact reception if it persisted. after an evening out in belfast we returned to our hotel room around the same time as our neighbours with their friends. two phone calls to reception finally resulted quiet at around 1.45 am. if i had been told of the connecting door and lack of bath at the time of booking, i would not have chosen this hotel.

Weekend away

We enjoyed our stay at the hilton - a nice hotel in a good location - convenient to everything yet far enough away from the noise of the city centre. disadvantage at night: no restaurants in close proximity of the hotel which means that you have to eat in or taxi / walk a fair way for a change of venue for dinner or a pint.
it's listed as 5 star, but i would have guessed it to be a 4 star at best. still nice enough though!

Great lcatin

Had a lovely time at the hilton we were going to see blondie at the waterfront hall which was a 2 minute walk. had a bite to eat before the concert which was quite nice and reasonably priced. very attentive staff. comfy rooms excellent brekfast. very enjoyable break.

2 day stay at the hilton

The hotel was fine ,the evening meal was very poor and expensive. the breakfast was very good. the service in the bar was terrible i stood for 20 mins waiting to be served and
a glass of wine and a brandy & ginger was almost £15.00
and the waiter couldn`t even be bothered to bring me my change. when you work behind a bar dealing with the public u need a personality. they dont. and to finish it all off it cost me £36.00 to park.

Staff made this hotel. from my initial contact with them requesting rooms nearby even although bookings had been made through 2 different agents to our departure staff were always polite, friendly, informative and approachable .

Pleasant stay

We chose this hotel for an overnight in belfast for a wedding and booked online which was a better price than on the hotel website. we enjoyed our stay and the only thing to note was that the service in the restaurant in the evening was very slow. fortunately we were not in a hurry, but still it was a negative.
