Lobby
The lobby is big, with the reception on the left hand side and the bar at the end of the reception. There is some stairs in the middle that communicate with the restaurant. As previously said, the reception is still old fashion and nothing to do with the style in the rooms.
Exterior
A high block of apartments from the 70's. This is maybe the lowest point of the hotel and its not related with the good quality of the rooms.
Rooms
Decorated in soft pastel tones, rooms at DoubleTree by Hilton Istanbul - Sirkeci are spacious and air conditioned. They all include a free Wi-Fi, satellite TV channels and tea/coffee making facilities. The en suite bathrooms come with courtesy bathrobes and slippers.
Restaurant
Fine dining restaurant, full service bar/lounge.
