Wonderfully service from welcoming staff; was able to check in early as hotel not too busy on the night we stayed. We got married here two years ago and have stayed a few times since - we always confirm how fabulous the hotel is every time we check in to the huge rooms which are extremely comfortable and noise free. Breakfast was delicious.

We stayed over, after a wonderful family wedding. My husband has an illness that prevents us from travelling abroad, and so this was a marvellous gift of a night away.

First class hotel with exceptional service. Rack price would put hotel out of our price range but discounted rate from Hotelsclick made our second stay in two years possible. We visited Manchester to see the Queen/Paul Rogers concert at the MEN Arena and the hotel made it a perfect break. Arrived before 11 and were able to access room early; although the hotel expects you to use minibar and room service (which are expensive) you can have a complimentary tea/coffee tray with kettle if you ask room service.
