Booking had not been passed on to hotel so not the best start - fortunately they managed to find me a room. hotels.click.com need to ensure bookings are passed on; on this occasion i was lucky that they found me a room. fabulous bedroom, spacious bathroom with lovely molten brown toiletries. restaurant food and service excellent, market menu especially great value for money and love the fact it is locally sourced produce. left a small package to be collected by a colleague, unfortunately the message was not passed on resulting in my colleague having to go back for a second time to collect package. room for improvement.
