There is a medium size reception with a lounge adjacent to it where guests can relax. There is also a concierge desk.
A modern high-rise building.
The hotel has 40 large rooms in good to excellent condition all with comfortable beds, a balcony and en-suite bathrooms with hair dryer. All rooms have telephone, satellite TV and air-con. There is a 24 hour room service.
The restaurant serves both international and Chinese cuisine.
The Hotel Sapphire offers air conditioning.

The bedroom furnishings were old and the bathroom fittings need replacement.staff were very friendly and helpful. the standard of food was satisfactory.
