Lobby
The small lobby is functional with a little cafe style seating seats to the left and a counter facing the door. This is typical of one unit of the shop of yesteryear with timber ceiling, shutters and louvered doors.
Exterior
The hotel occupies a row of ten beautifully restored shop-houses (the business was conducted downstairs and the family resided upstairs). To preserve its authentic ambience, each shop-house has been artistically restored to its original condition, from the architecture and design to the timber ceilings.
Rooms
Unique touches include a sleigh bed and an antique gilt-framed mirror, as well as plush purple carpets red walls, rich floral fabrics reminiscent of a Baroque painting and red curtains with tassels. Bathrooms are showers only.
Restaurant
There is only one outlet which is the cafe next to the lobby which serves local and western dishes. Open from 7am to 12 midnight.
